However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may
return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns and exchanges are permitted within
15-30 days from the purchase date. Please reach out to us immediately after receiving your order.
No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without
prior approval to return such merchandise. Therefore, if you experience any issues, please email us at, info@phiyanirue.com, reference “Order
Issue” and the “Order Number” in the subject header and note the reason for the
return. Please reference whether there were items missing or damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
Any information you provide will help us expedite this process for
you. If the item was damaged or you received the wrong item, please attach several photos of the item. No Zip files please.
1. If there was an issue with quality please let us know and we
will have to escalate this to the manufacturer. We take such matters very seriously and
will look into individual cases thoroughly.
2. In the event of a missing package, we
will try to locate the package and if there's a clear indication that your
order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost if the items are not available we will refund your money to the card used at the time of purchase.
